一、学生情况分析

通过一学期的学习生活，学生在各个方面都有了明显的进步，但由于学生的年龄特点（大多数为11岁），学生的学习自觉性还相对较差，学生的学习底子薄，学习程度参差不齐，学生学习的综合能力较差，不能够灵活运用所学知识。

二、采取措施

针对学生这一实际情况，今后要继续狠抓学生的常规训练，对后进生加强课内外辅导，提高学生学习自觉性，培养学生学习兴趣，营造美好的课堂氛围，努力提高学生的学习积极性，注意学生听、说、读、写等综合能力的培养，提高学生综合运用知识的能力。

三、教材分析

本册教材供五年级第二学期使用。

这套教材包括《教科书》、《活动手册》、《教师用书》、录音带等。《活动手册》设计了丰富多彩、新鲜活拨的练习形式；录音带为学生课内外学习提供了很大方便。

本套教材注重学生听说读写能力的培养和训练，努力为学习者营造环境，精心设计内容，在教学中引导学生在轻松愉快，积极向上的气氛中学习英语，使英语学习变得“既容易又有趣”。

这套教材以学生为中心，以主要人物的活动为主线，围绕最常用，最基本的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等，逐步展开教学内容，符合中小学生的年龄，心理特征和和语言教学规律，具有很强的科学性，教材的语言信息量大，贴近学生生活。

四、总体目标

提高学生听、说、读、写等综合运用知识的能力。

 

五、单元计划

第一单元，通过Li Ming和他的妈妈，以及Jenny和Danny一起乘火车前往北京旅行的故事，复习行为词汇、食品以及其他词汇（quick, loud, quiet）.

第二单元，让学生学习一些新的修饰词和行为词汇（quickly, slowly, easy, hard, many，help, hurt , loudly, quietly）.

第三单元，复习星期名称、月份、序数词和地址写法。教授学生一般写信用语和格式，鼓励学生通过写信方式尝试用英语进行叙述。

第四单元，教授学生规则动词的过去式（词尾加-ed）(walked, talked, liked, played……)以及3个简单的不规则动词的过去式（ate, saw, went,），同时学生也将学习一些其他词汇（gift）。

Unit 1  On the train

 

General goals for unit 1

In this unit, Li Ming, his mother, Jenny and Danny travel by train to Beijing. Through the story of the trip, students review action words, foods and other vocabulary. They master new vocabulary to describe actions and people.
