实用口语:“煎蛋”怎么说

煎荷包蛋是大家都很喜欢吃的东西。鸡蛋是种很好的食物，唯一的缺陷就是胆固醇高。不过普通人一天吃一个还是没问题的。如果是去饭馆吃早点，或是在宾馆吃自助早餐，可能都不会忘了点个荷包蛋吧。

荷包蛋的做法各有不同。有的要蛋黄老一点，有的要嫩一点。有的只要煎一面，有的要两面都煎一煎。在英语里，这些都有不同的说法。

要是你喜欢吃只煎一面的荷包蛋，那你就应该对服务员说：你要你的鸡蛋“Sunny side up.”Sunny side的本意是“太阳的那一面”，因为蛋黄圆圆的、黄黄的像个太阳嘛，sunny side up就是“蛋黄向上”的意思。放在整个句子里就是：

I would like to have my eggs sunny side up.

要是你愿意要荷包蛋两面都煎一下的，那你就说你要“Over easy.”也就是把鸡蛋反过来也煎一下的意思。比如说，有两个人在饭馆里吃早饭，各人要的荷包蛋不一样：

M: Miss, I'd like two fried eggs sunny side up and the sausage on the side.

小姐，我要两个荷包蛋，只要煎一面。另外再加一点香肠。

F: Not me. I don't like to see my eggs staring up at me with big yellow eyes. Miss, two fried eggs, over easy and not fried too hard. 我可不要，我不喜欢两个大蛋黄像眼.
